On 23 May 2024, HABAU GROUP and Bondi Consult hosted the topping-out ceremony for the Central Hub at TwentyOne in Vienna Floridsdorf.
Following the Innovation Hub in 2021, by order of Bondi Consult, the HABAU GROUP is now also building the Central Hub in the TwentyOne quarter. “With the topping-out ceremony, we’ve achieved an important milestone in the construction process. After the Innovation Hub, we at the HABAU GROUP are pleased to now be realising a further forward-looking project in the TwentyOne quarter and would like to thank our client for the great collaboration in a partnership of equals”, said HABAU GROUP CEO Hubert Wetschnig.
The Central Hub, with around 34,500 square metres of usable space, stands out with innovative office concepts such as shared and private offices, divided meeting rooms with flexible partition walls, high-quality laboratory spaces and training and conference areas. The ground floor zone scores points with an intensive mixed use option for a showroom or sales areas. A luxuriously plant-filled courtyard is designed as an atmospheric oasis of well-being and, just like the large, public, green rooftop terrace, offers the ideal place to take a break from daily office life.
The shell for the Central Hub was completed on schedule in February. Last Thursday, 23 May, the topping-out ceremony was celebrated. Anton Bondi de Antoni, managing partner of Bondi Consult: “After having already successfully fixed the funding of the Central Hub and the completion date back in autumn, we are all the more pleased that we are able to celebrate the topping-out with everyone involved.
